AL-KO Vehicle Technology at the Caravan Salon 2026: Focus on comfort, safety and connectivity

Visitors to the Caravan Salon will be able to experience a special innovation in manoeuvring: AL-KO Vehicle Technology will be presenting a technical new product for caravans. The focus is on user-friendliness, weight reduction and innovative technology.

At the 2026 Caravan Salon, AL-KO VT will be showcasing its range of hydraulic levelling systems. With LevelM Pro, LevelVan, LevelC and the HY4 system, the company is presenting solutions for various vehicle types. These range from panel vans to caravans and integrated motorhomes. These systems facilitate convenient levelling and ensure a stable stance upon arrival.

A particular highlight at the stand will be the LevelM Pro 4x4. This hydraulic levelling system has been specifically developed for the Mercedes-Benz VS30 4x4 chassis. Its extra-long cylinders provide up to 300 mm of ground clearance. This makes the system suitable for vehicles travelling off the beaten track. Levelling can be carried out at the touch of a button.

The range is complemented by the COMFORT DRIVE chassis control, which provides greater driving stability, and the PROSAFE security accessory, which offer reliable theft protection while stationary.

AL-KO VT thus offers a coordinated product portfolio of various solutions for comfortable and safe travel.

Motorhome owners will find the right solution for the safe and comfortable transport of bicycles, e-bikes or scooters with AL-KO VT’s rear carrier systems and tow bars.
On the VELO and LIGERO models, the light brackets fold away automatically along with the carrier, and this feature is already standard on the TRIGO-VAN for panel vans.

The ONDA SMART SYSTEM is a highlight at the stand, as it allows the motorhome’s on-board power supply to be controlled via a smartphone app. The system also enables the battery, solar panels and power consumption to be monitored. Another key focus is ONDA Connectivity, which enables motorhome functions such as lighting, heating and the battery to be operated via an app from anywhere in the world.

The ONDA Line touch panels provide convenient and clear access to all ONDA Connectivity functions. The panels present the extensive range of information and control options in a structured manner, using intuitive graphical elements to make operation even more user-friendly.

This year, the group is once again presenting products from its electronics division at its stand.

At AL-KO VT, caravan and motorhome owners will find innovative photovoltaic solutions that combine maximum efficiency with modern design and flexible integration. The focus is on all-black modules such as the MFBC190, which achieves the highest efficiency currently available on the market thanks to back-contact technology.

The module can be connected to the ONDA Connectivity app via Bluetooth. This allows performance data to be monitored via a smartphone or the on-board display.
With the Flexible Series, AL-KO VT offers two adaptable solar modules. Thanks to their flexible design, the MFFL150 and MFFL190 models can adapt to different body contours.

The modules are bonded directly in place and no drilling is required. This also makes them suitable for installation on curved surfaces. The photovoltaic modules utilise PERC technology and feature an anti-reflective coating. Durable materials ensure they can withstand a variety of travelling conditions.

The range is completed by matching controllers, cables and mountings to form a fully integrated system.
