    The >WHEELY DUO offers the necessary loading area for up to two motorbikes, two scooters, a quad, or a Twizy. The WHEELY DUO is prepared for side panels and box bodies. Under the platform, there are also mounting points for accessories such as spare wheel holders or storage boxes.

    The TRAIGO is the ideal compact companion for bicycle and scooter tours. With the right conversion kit, it transports one scooter or up to four bicycles or e-bikes. This makes it particularly interesting for anyone who wants to go on a cycling tour together without having to store the bikes in the panel van or on a rear carrier.

    Frequently asked questions about trailers for panel vans

    A trailer is the right solution if you want to take heavy or multiple recreational vehicles and there is not enough space in the panel van or on a rear carrier. It provides a separate transport platform for bicycles, scooters, motorbikes, quads or other equipment.

    The WHEELY with the appropriate conversion kit is designed for the transport of a single motorbike. If you want to transport two motorbikes or a quad, the larger >WHEELY DUO offers the required loading area. Please consider the weight and dimensions of the vehicles in advance.

    The AL-KO VT universal & two-wheel trailers can be used with a panel van provided it has a suitable towbar and the permissible towing capacity is sufficient. You should also observe the nose weight, the permissible gross weight and the manufacturer’s specifications for the vehicle.

    The payload depends on the model and respective version. For the TRAIGO it is around 350 kilograms. The WHEELY offers variants with approximately 535 or 735 kilograms. The >WHEELY DUO provides about 470 or 670 kilograms of payload depending on the version.

     

    The TRAIGO can be equipped with the relevant conversion kits for two or up to four bicycles or e-bikes. The decisive factor is that the total weight of the bikes is within the permissible payload.

    Many conversion kits and accessory solutions can be added or exchanged. This means the same trailer can initially be used for bicycles and later on for a scooter, a motorbike or extra camping equipment.
