Jockey wheels for trailers: from Basic to Premium Profi

Basic models meet the classic requirements when parking and manoeuvring. These include jockey wheels with a diameter of Ø 48 and Ø 60 mm and load capacities of 150 to 500 kg when stationary.

The range includes, for example, Compact jockey wheels, the model with PINSTOP, and the ST 48 and ST 60 series. Depending on the model, you can choose between plastic or steel rims, and solid rubber, pneumatic, or plastic wheels.

Plus models combine higher load capacity with enhanced operating comfort. The range covers Ø-48-mm jockey wheels with support load indicator up to semi-automatic and fully automatic versions for utility trailers.

These include the AL-KO VT PLUS models with 150, 200 or 300 kg, jockey wheels with slip protection, and the ST 48-CW, VK 60 and K 70 series. For heavy-duty applications, variants with support loads of up to 1,500 kg when stationary are available.

Premium Profi is aimed at applications where high load capacity and additional technical functions are required. The Premium jockey wheel Ø 48 mm offers up to 300 kg support load when stationary, swing arm suspension and an integrated wheel load indicator.

The product line is complemented by semi-automatic and fully automatic Ø-60-mm jockey wheels up to 500 kg, as well as Ø-73-mm versions up to 800 kg when stationary. Wide wheels and extended versions make manoeuvring easier and provide extra adjustment range.
