Deep sand is part of everyday life at the Dakar Rally. There’s no progress without all-wheel drive. But all-wheel drive vehicles with a raised chassis present a special challenge: the higher the vehicle, the more susceptible it is to swaying and instability when moving around inside or when sleeping.
