The Customer Centre was completely modernised a few years ago, with increased capacity and an expanded range of services. Activities and sightseeing around Verona
The Roman amphitheatre, the Basilica di San Zeno Maggiore and, of course, the famous balcony of Romeo & Juliet: Verona is a must-visit, especially for those interested in culture! The AL-KO VT Customer Centre is just a few kilometres south of the city, so you can easily reach Verona city centre from the workshop by car, taxi or public transport. The direct bus link (Line 52) to Verona city centre takes just under 35 minutes.

The surrounding area and Lake Garda
It's only about a 30-minute drive from Castel d’Azzano to the southern shore of Lake Garda (also known as Lake of Verona), one of Italy’s largest and most stunning lakes. It is renowned for its crystal-clear waters, charming towns, and wonderful scenery. Sirmione on the southern shore is famous for its medieval Scaliger Castle, thermal springs, and picturesque old town. Bardolino is best known for its wine production, picturesque harbour and lakeside restaurants. The town of Garda itself, on the eastern shore, offers a blend of history, nature, and breathtaking panoramic views from the Rocca di Garda cliff.

The Customer Centre in Verona currently does not offer its own dedicated pitch for campers with supply and disposal facilities – however, there is an open area on a quiet street in front of the building, where you can park free of charge.

Camping Verona Village

Only about five kilometres from the centre of Verona and just a few minutes’ drive from Castel d’Azzano, this modern campsite is open 365 days a year. There are 150 pitches for caravans and motorhomes, each 50 square metres, with water and electricity connections. You can also rent a modern mobile home. Amenities include modern sanitary facilities with showers, washing machines and dryers, barbecue area, nursery, dog washing station, charging point for electric cars and more – truly a campsite that leaves (almost) nothing to be desired. There is also a bus stop right in front of the entrance, from where you can reach Verona’s historic centre by public transport in around 15 minutes.
Verona City Camping

Set in a natural oasis of native vegetation and yet close to the city centre: Just behind the ancient city walls you will find the pitches at Verona City Camping on a hillside with beautiful views over the city and towards Monte Baldo. There are sanitary and laundry facilities. The site also offers glamping accommodation in StarsBOX tents, where you can open the roof and gaze at the starry sky above the city.
