With the range of AL-KO VT cable winches for pulling capacities between 250 kg and 1,150 kg, there is the right solution for every need: whether for vertical lifting of loads up to 1,150 kg, horizontal and inclined pulling of a non-rolling load up to 2,000 kg or for inclined pulling of a rolling load up to 7,400 kg. The steel console winches with gear drive and plastic cover are robust and reliable.
Clever details such as the load pressure brake, automatic unwinding mechanism or the removable crank make operation easier and protect both the user and the loads being moved. The correct installation of cable winches
There are also a few things to bear in mind during installation. In principle, the cable winch can be attached to the vehicle using a mounting kit or base frame (mounting plate, winch bumper). Depending on the vehicle type, there are both model-specific mounting kits and winch bumpers, which should also be used for installation.
The cable winch should never be mounted on the towbar, as this is generally not designed for the maximum pulling capacity of the winch.

AL-KO VT offers the BASIC and PLUS product lines. The BASIC winches are particularly suitable for private use, while the PLUS winches are specially designed for higher loads in professional applications. PLUS winches are BG (DGUV) tested and thus meet all the requirements of accident prevention regulations.
