Via the vehicle categories for motorhomes and caravans you will find the right electronic solutions.
As all Toptron devices were custom-developed for our customers, they are distributed exclusively to manufacturers of caravans and motorhomes.
Please contact your dealer with regard to spare parts. Spare parts available for direct order are listed.
In general, an inspection followed by repair is not economically viable, as the inspection must be carried out manually.
During production, all parts are automatically tested with an appropriate test adapter.
The available documentation can be found in the relevant user manual, which can be downloaded from the internet.
You can find further information at your dealer.
If the installed 12 V distribution includes a parallel switching relay, this must be deactivated.
If there is a circuit in the 12 V distribution that 'parallel-charges' the starter battery, this must be deactivated.
A charging booster must be installed for charging during driving.
The installed charger must be suitable for lithium batteries.
Any existing battery sensors or shunts may no longer work as intended.
An overview is attached here: list showing which distribution units include a parallel switching relay and a device for charging the starter battery.
You will also find instructions in the download area for deactivating the parallel switching relay and starter battery charging.
Circuit diagrams are usually not available. All available documentation can be found in the download area.
see download area
As there are many different lithium batteries available on the market, this must be decided on a case-by-case basis.
Please download the EL603/EL604 datasheet and contact the battery manufacturer using this information.
Please note that the charging curve is not determined by the charge controller when it is operating in bus mode.
In bus mode, behaviour is dictated by the bus master (usually the display panel together with the battery sensor).
