Nordelettronica was founded in 1974 and has become a leading provider of electronic systems for recreational vehicles. The company develops intelligent control units, energy distribution systems and communication solutions, specially tailored to the requirements of modern motorhomes, panel vans and caravans.

The focus is on innovative technologies for original equipment, enabling reliable control and monitoring of on-board electrics. Close cooperation with vehicle manufacturers gives rise to tailored solutions that combine comfort, safety and energy efficiency.

Since 2018, Nordelettronica has been part of the AL-KO VT Group. Together with CBE, the electronics expertise was pooled in 2021 in the AL-KO VT Electronics S.r.l. Today, customers benefit from strong development and production capabilities for modern on-board electronics.

Yes. Nordelettronica has belonged to the AL-KO VT Group since 2018.

With the integration into AL-KO and the merger with CBE, the expertise in on-board electronics has been purposefully brought together. Today, innovative solutions for power supply, control and digital vehicle functions are created under one roof.

As part of the brand consolidation, the previous Nordelettronica products will in future be marketed under the AL-KO brand. The proven technology as well as consulting, service and technical know-how will of course remain unchanged.

What should you do if your product develops a fault?

• Read the user manual to check whether the problem can be resolved by correct use of the product features.
• Contact your local dealer for support with this issue.
• Check whether the product is still under warranty.
• Check whether the defect is covered by the warranty; if in doubt, please contact us.

If you request a service intervention, please provide the following:

• A description of the fault;
• The item number and batch number of your device;
• Your telephone number so we can contact you if necessary;

IMPORTANT: Any tampering with the device or repairs carried out by unauthorised personnel will result in the warranty being void.
