Nordelettronica was founded in 1974 and has developed into a leading provider of electronic systems for recreational vehicles. The company develops smart control units, energy distribution systems and communication solutions specifically tailored to the requirements of modern motorhomes, panel vans and caravans.

The focus is on innovative technologies for original equipment which enable reliable control and monitoring of the on-board electronics. Close cooperation with vehicle manufacturers leads to customised solutions that combine comfort, safety and energy efficiency.

Since 2018, Nordelettronica has been part of the AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group. Together with CBE, the electronics expertise was merged into AL-KO Vehicle Technology Electronics S.r.l. in 2021. Today, customers benefit from strong development and manufacturing expertise for modern on-board electronics.

Yes. Nordelettronica has been part of the AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group since 2018.

With integration into AL-KO and merger with CBE, the competencies in on-board electronics have been strategically combined. Today, innovative solutions for energy supply, control and digital vehicle functions are developed under one roof.

As part of the brand consolidation, previous Nordelettronica products will in future be offered under the AL-KO brand. The proven technology, as well as consulting, service and technical expertise, will of course continue to be available.

What should you do in the event of a product malfunction?

• Read the user manual to ensure the problem cannot be resolved by proper use of the product functions.
• Contact your local dealer for support with this issue.
• Check whether the product is still under warranty.
• Check whether the defect is covered by the warranty; if in doubt, please contact us.

If you request a service call, please provide the following information:

• Description of the defect;
• the part number and batch number of your device;
• your phone number, in case we need to contact you;

IMPORTANT: Any tampering with the device or repairs carried out by unauthorised personnel will void the warranty.
