Who's behind it?
The CBE Group is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers and distributors of electronic components and wiring harnesses for motorhomes. Caravan owners can benefit from numerous high-quality products—all suitable for self-installation.
Alongside its central site in Trento, CBE operates plants in Arco on Lake Garda and in Soliman, Tunisia. The company develops and manufactures electronic solutions tailored to the specific needs of recreational vehicle manufacturers. With more than 40 years of expertise, this longstanding specialist impresses with outstanding product quality and vast know-how.
A leader in electrical and electronic equipment
A recreational vehicle without electricity? Unthinkable! Control panels, distribution boxes, battery chargers, wiring harnesses, switches, sockets, frames, test fields, inverters—just to name a selection of the installed electrical components. Today, CBE products are installed in more than half a million motorhomes. One-third of all vehicles manufactured in Europe feature control elements, 12-volt fuse boxes and battery chargers from Trento.
Photovoltaic modules & mounting kits
With CBE photovoltaic modules, you can easily generate your own electricity—cost-effective and environmentally friendly. The modules are manufactured using the highest standards and advanced technologies. Their certified output is covered by a 25-year warranty. These modules, made from either monocrystalline or polycrystalline silicon cells, are available in 100 and 135 watt versions.
The modules are simple and completely secure to install on your vehicle thanks to high-quality aluminium mounting kits developed specifically for motorhomes and caravans. No drilling is required. For wiring—also for cameras or antennas—CBE roof glands offer optimal solutions, ensuring a maximum level of watertightness. These are suitable for roof thicknesses up to 60mm.
Battery chargers
Battery empty? No problem—with the CB516-3 and CB522-3 battery chargers, your power supply is assured. These intelligent chargers can automatically charge lead-acid, gel and AGM batteries with innovative 6-phase charging profiles. Even uneven battery pairs are reliably charged.
The chargers are protected against overheating; the 12V outputs are safeguarded against short circuits and polarity reversal. The high-frequency switching technology delivers excellent performance with low weight and compact design.
