AL-KO Vehicle Technology showcases comfort, safety and functionality at CMT: The Holiday Exhibition

At CMT: The Holiday Exhibition, taking place from 17 to 25 January at Messe Stuttgart, AL-KO Vehicle Technology will present its comprehensive portfolio of technology and accessory solutions for leisure vehicles in Hall 10, Stand H 31. The focus is on systems that combine comfort, safety and functionality at the highest level.

Hydraulic levelling systems ensure maximum stability – even on uneven ground. AL-KO and E&P Hydraulics offer powerful solutions for all vehicle types: HY4, LevelM and LevelM Pro for motorhomes, HY4 and LevelVan for camper vans, and LevelC for caravans. All systems are developed to the highest quality standards and can be conveniently operated at the touch of a button.

A particular highlight is the optional weighing function of LevelM Pro, which provides instant information on the vehicle’s total weight. The especially lightweight LevelVan system, featuring an innovative carbon–aluminium–steel mix, allows for increased payload capacity – a decisive advantage, particularly for camper vans.

The semi-active COMFORT DRIVE suspension control system for motorhomes automatically adapts to current road conditions. It responds independently to driving manoeuvres such as braking, acceleration or cornering and effectively compensates for potholes and uneven surfaces through automatic damper adjustment. On long journeys, COMFORT DRIVE delivers an exceptionally smooth, comfortable and fatigue-free driving experience.

The AL-KO Trailer Control (ATC) system sets new standards in caravan safety. Sensors continuously monitor driving behaviour and detect dangerous swaying movements at an early stage. In critical situations, the system intervenes automatically and briefly applies the caravan brakes via Bowden cables. This stabilises the vehicle combination, reduces lateral acceleration and quickly defuses hazardous situations – almost imperceptibly for the driver.

At SAWIKO, the specialist for carrier systems and tow bars, visitors will find tailor-made solutions for the safe and comfortable transport of bicycles, e-bikes and scooters. Developed for demanding campers, the new VELO, VARIO and LIGERO models impress with numerous practical benefits and a slim, contemporary design.

Black-coated components combine functionality with aesthetics. The new VARIO LED and LIGERO LED variants also feature integrated LED lighting, significantly improving the visibility of the carrier for following vehicles.

With the PROSAFE wheel clamp, AL-KO also presents a professional anti-theft solution for caravans. The immobiliser is suitable for a wide range of caravan models and fits 13- to 17-inch wheels with standard steel or aluminium rims. Thanks to its multi-layer construction made of particularly robust materials, PROSAFE is extremely durable and provides reliable protection against theft.
