Over recent years, Aguti has established itself as a strong supplier of customised seating solutions for the recreational vehicle and special vehicle market. The company is committed to providing customers with maximum comfort, flexibility and safety on their journeys by manufacturing specialist seating systems and mounting solutions that take ergonomic requirements into account.

When it comes to safety, all Aguti benches are equipped with the patented ASBC system (Aguti Safety Bend Control), which guarantees controlled deformation in the event of a crash. They have two integrated three-point seat belts and two adjustable headrest mounts, which can be easily removed if required.

Isofix ensures the safety of the youngest passengers on board. This rigid connection between the body and the child seat ensures children reach their destination safely and securely. The design of the products has always been a particular focus. Working together with customers, seating solutions are developed to suit their specific individual requirements. Thanks to the proven modular system, innovative ideas can be realised quickly and with a modern design.

General automotive industry trends, such as flexible use and low energy consumption, are also reflected in the seating systems sector. To meet this demand, Aguti places greater emphasis on multifunctional and user-friendly solutions and offers its customers a variety of seats for flexible interior layouts, as well as features such as “swivel seat” or “seat/bed conversion”.

The latest product to become established on the market is the S2 seat-bed, which provides even more flexibility with its wide range of adjustment options. It can be moved lengthways in no time at all and adapted to the space requirements of passengers and luggage. The backrest can also be infinitely adjusted backwards up to 90 degrees and can be equipped either with two individual backrests or, optionally, with a double backrest.

If desired, Aguti can customise the backrest so that it fits precisely into the intended interior structure. The intelligent folding mechanism of both the backrest and the seat surface guarantees the seating comfort customers expect from Aguti.

Additionally, the seat-bed offers a simple folding function, allowing the bench to be transformed quickly and easily into a comfortable sleeping surface either by means of a suitable bed extension or an existing Flexboard. The belt buckles are located below the seat surface so that they do not get in the way.

With a total weight of just 60 kg, the bench is also exceptionally light, helping to reduce fuel consumption. If it is not needed, the S2 can be removed from the vehicle with the aid of special rail adapters.
