When choosing a motorbike trailer or universal trailer, you should first check the weight, number and dimensions of the items to be transported. Equally important are the permissible trailer load of your motorhome and the required accessories. Three trailer models cover different requirements.

The maximum payload depends on the model, version and specification. For the TRAIGO, it is approximately 340 kilograms. For the WHEELY, depending on the version, it is approximately 530 kilograms for the unbraked version and 500 kilograms for the braked version. Conversion kits and other accessories reduce the remaining payload. In addition, the permissible trailer load and the technical specifications of the towing vehicle must be taken into account.
Motorhome trailers from AL-KO VT are suitable for vehicles with a towbar and sufficient permissible trailer load. Before choosing a trailer, you should therefore check the vehicle data, the weight of the load and the required equipment.
The TRAIGO can be equipped to transport up to four bicycles, depending on the conversion kit. Whether e-bikes can be transported, and how many, depends on their weight and dimensions as well as the selected equipment and available payload.
Many conversion kits and accessories can be added later. This means your motorhome trailer remains flexible if the vehicles you want to transport or your requirements change.
