The choice of the right chassis depends on the intended use and your project's requirements. AL-KO VT offers two specially developed chassis concepts.
Mobile home chassis are suitable for permanently installed mobile homes, lodges and park homes. They are designed for high stability, long-lasting corrosion protection and low-maintenance use, making them ideal for holiday parks, residential developments and other demanding applications.
Tiny house chassis have been specially developed for mobile tiny houses. Thanks to their modular frame concept, they offer a high level of flexibility for different superstructure sizes and layouts. Depending on the project, high-loader and low-loader chassis are available to meet various requirements for interior design, build height and transport.
For mobile tiny houses, aspects such as superstructure size, load capacity, approval requirements, gross weight, dimensions and nose load must also be taken into account. For standard, fully assembled chassis, an EU Certificate of Conformity (CoC) is available depending on the specification. For bespoke constructions, it should be checked whether individual approval is required.
