Change on the Management Board: CFO Gero Neumeier is to leave AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group

Gero Neumeier, member of the Management Board of AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group and CFO, is resigning from the Management Board at his own request with effect from March 31, 2024, in order to pursue a new career path.
AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group has taken note of Gero Neumeier’s decision with great regret for the company is losing a strong, experienced, successful and accomplished CFO. Since he joined the Board in 2016, he has made a decisive contribution to the company’s successful growth and internationalization strategy.
AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group is extremely grateful to him for his outstanding contribution and wishes him every success in his new role.
Gero Neumeier has been Chief Financial Officer of the AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group since 2016. He is responsible for Finance, Treasury, Tax, IT, Legal, and Real Estate and has a track record of over twenty years in the management and transformation of global acting companies.
