INCREASED PAYLOAD

The intelligent AL-KO lightweight chassis with a gross vehicle weight of up to 4,500 kg (2-axle) or 5,500 kg (3-axle) enables a significantly higher payload.

CUSTOMISED BUILD DIMENSIONS

Variable wheelbases and rear overhangs, combined with the available track widths, allow tailor-made solutions for almost all motorhome, horse transporter, promotion, sales and office vehicle bodies as well as dry freight boxes, with optimal axle load distribution.

WIDE-TRACK CHASSIS

Compared to the original standard chassis, the rear track width increased by up to 210 mm improves roll stability and ensures excellent driving dynamics, maximum safety and outstanding ride comfort.

TRAILING ARM AXLE

The perfectly coordinated AL-KO trailing arm axle with independent wheel suspension and torsion bar suspension guarantees convincing, passenger-car-like ride comfort. For maximum comfort demands, the new AL-KO Air Premium full air suspension systems with automatic level control, lift / lower and autolevel function will also be available as an option in the future.

SERVICE-FRIENDLINESS

Bolted frame components are extremely service-friendly and allow shorter downtimes during repairs.

LONG SERVICE LIFE

The hot-dip galvanized chassis structure guarantees optimal corrosion protection.

ESP/ESC

ESP/ESC (Electronic Stability Program) is also available as a standard additional safety feature for 2- and 3-axle AL-KO chassis based on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for all AL-KO suspension variants.
