    A universal trailer does not have to be limited to a single transport task. With bicycle rails, wheel brackets or loading ramps, you can adapt the equipment to various two-wheelers.     Frequently asked questions about trailers for panel vans

    A trailer is a suitable solution when you want to take heavy or multiple recreational vehicles and the space in the panel van or on a rear carrier is insufficient. It creates a separate transport area for bicycles, scooters, motorbikes, quads or other equipment.

    For carrying one motorbike, the WHEELY with the suitable equipment set is designed for the purpose. If you want to take two motorbikes or a quad, the larger >WHEELY DUO offers the required loading area. Be sure to consider the weight and dimensions of your vehicles before making a selection.

    The AL-KO VT universal and two-wheeler trailers can be used with a panel van if it has a suitable towbar fitted and the permissible trailer load is sufficient. In addition, you need to consider the nose weight, permissible gross weight and the manufacturer's specifications.

    The payload depends on the model and specific configuration. For the TRAIGO it is around 350 kilograms. For the WHEELY there are options with approximately 535 or 735 kilograms. The >WHEELY DUO offers about 470 or 670 kilograms of payload, depending on the version.

     

    The TRAIGO can be equipped with corresponding equipment sets for two or even up to four bicycles or e-bikes. It is essential that the total weight of the bikes remains within the permissible payload.

    Many equipment sets and accessory solutions can be added or exchanged. This allows you, for example, to use the same trailer first for bicycles and later for a scooter, motorbike or extra camping gear.
